Boil until bubbly:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
6 T milk
4 T cocoa

Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1lb powdered sugar (4 cups)

If the powdered sugar lumps, just use a wire whip in the kitchen aid and beat them out.
