1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup karo syrup
1 cup cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
combine, bring to boil (230 degrees)
cook to soft balls
remove from heat
cool quickly w/out stirring
when cool, beat w/ vanilla until it loses gloss
pour onto buttered plate
