1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 stick unsalted butter
1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine cream and butter. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat. Add white morsels. Stir until melted and smooth.
