i'm kind of addicted to just spreading beans on the top of my hot dogs now. you know how potato chips add crunch to your sandwich? well beans add moisture to your hot dog! i hate dry hot dogs! side dishes were meant to be ON your main dish apparently. haha.
These are ingredients that I often have leftovers of and need a quick way to look up more recipes that use said ingredients. I can't get a search engine to work on my blog, so this is the best I can do...

Do you spread the mayo on the bun then add the hotdog and dump the rest on top like a chili dog?
yes, but you shouldn't add so much stuff that you cant pick it up. picture higley hot dog, not fork-and-knife chili dog.
You didn't say what kind of beans you use... plain pinto? refried? chili beans?
