All you need to do is make some cornbread batter. (I'm lazy and buy the Jiffy cornbread mixes. They are so good!)
Cut hotdogs in half and then cut again lenthwise (so they are half the length and half the width).
Fill wells of sandwich maker half full of cornbread batter and place hotdog in the center. Cover hotdog with cornbread batter. Repeat until all the cooking wells are filled.

Hey do you think Dad would like these? He sin't a real fan of corn dogs... what do you think?
um... they taste just like corn dogs, so he probably won't like them. i used jiffy corn mix, though, and thats pretty sweet. so maybe with your corn bread recipe, he'd like them better?
