Mix with paddle:
1 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp salt
3 cups warm water

Add:
4 eggs

Dump on top of liquid:
6 cups flour
3 Tbsp instant yeast
1/3 cup non-instant powdered milk (or 2/3 cup instant)

Stir until smooth. Change to dough hook.

Add:
5-6 cups more flour and knead until smooth dough (5 minutes +)

Let rest at least 10 - 15 minutes

Form rolls (size of egg) and place on greased cookie sheet. 5 x 6 on pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let them rise until double (or more) (about 30 minutes).

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes

**my oven seems to be hotter so I have to do it at 375 or even 350 so that the bottoms get done the same time the tops are brown. If the tops get brown before the bottom does, then cover them loosely with a piece of aluminum foil and finish baking until the bottoms are brown.

When finished baking and still hot, brush the tops with melted margarine... it shines them up pretty and adds flavor and keeps them from drying out too fast.
