Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Cream together:

1 cup shortening

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

Add:

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp Almond extract

Stir in:

4 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Frost with your favorite icing
