Play Dough

2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 tsp cream of tartar
2 Tbs oil
2 cups water

Place all ingredients in pan and cook, stirring constantly.  Cook until it adheres together and is of doughy consistency.  Dump out of pan on board and knead as you would bread dough.  Divide into parts and add food coloring.

Store in plastic bags in refrigerator.  It will keep for months.
