7 Layer Bean Dip
7-Layer Bean Dip (for 9 x 13 cake pan)
1st layer - (2) 16 oz cans refried beans - you can use reconstituted dried ones or smash home canned ones - a quart jar or 2 pints and doctor them up with salsa only if you want... plain is fine.
2nd layer - guacamole - 3 or 4 avocados smashed with a little lemon juice (1-2 tsp) and sprinkle with salt to taste.... spread on top of beans
3rd layer - sour cream - spice this up with taco seasoning mix or a little salsa... whichever you like best or is easiest.... do it to taste
4th layer - grated cheese (about 2 cups)
5th layer - chopped tomatoes (3 or 4 roma)
6th layer - chopped green onions - 1/2 of a bunch (I sometimes leave this out)
7th layer - sliced black olives (1 - 16 oz can drained and sliced)
Serve with tortilla chips - your favorite

This recipe was difficult to find. I actually did find it under main dishes, but it was just on the list, it wasn't a link for some reason...weird huh?
Technically it's more of an appetizer... you can find it there, but I shall endeavor to fix the main dish link. Thx.
Sounds amazing...as an appetizer
