Tuna Broccoli Roll-ups
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1-2 can (10 oz.) tuna fish, drained and flaked
1 pkg. ( 10 0z.) frozen (or 1 bunch fresh) broccoli, cooked, drained and
cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cup (4 oa.) shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 can (2.8 oz.) (or 1 lg can) French Fried Onions
flour tortillas
Combine 1 1/2 cans of soup and water. Combine tuna fish, broccoli,
1\2 cup cheese and 1\2 can French Fried Onions. Stir in soup
mixture. Fill tortillas with the tuna mixture and
roll up like burritos; place seam side down in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking
dish. pour remaining 1/2 can condensed soup mixture over top of tortillas. Bake covered at 350
degrees for 35 minutes. Top the centers of tortillas with remaining cheese and onions
and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer. (Alternately, add onions & cheese at beginning of baking but cover with foil. Remove foil for last 5-10 minutes of baking time.)
MAKES 8-12 servings.??

This sounds really interesting and I haven't tried it yet. Do you still make this often and do you really like it? It sounds like your brain would be confused for it to not be a Mexican dish.
