    1.  Preheat oven to 350*.
    2. Make sure ribs are fresh or thawed.
    3. Season ribs with a "rub." (See below)
    4. Wrap ribs in plastic wrap.
    5. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.
    6. Place wrapped ribs on cookie sheet in 350* oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    7. Slather ribs in BBQ sauce and serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.

Pork Rub (for 5-6 lb of meat):

    1/3 c. paprika
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tb. black pepper
    2 Tb. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. white pepper

Work 1/2 into meat 12-24 hours before cooking and remaining rub just before cooking.

(Carrie's note: I have never done the rub ahead of time, but I'm sure it would increase the flavor.)
