PARTY DELIGHT SANDWICHES

1 can Spam, finely diced 1/2 tsp. onion, minced 1/2 tsp. mustard 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, to moisten 1 c. cheese, grated 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced 2 tsp. sweet pickle, minced OR sweet relish Hamburger buns or English muffins separated Butter to spread on buns Mix meat, eggs, onions, relish or minced pickles, mustard and mayonnaise together. Spread on buttered hamburger buns and sprinkle tops with grated cheese. Place in broiler until cheese is melted.
