9x13 glass pan or trifle dish
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. of Jello of 5 different flavors (I used Strawberry, Orange, Lime, Berry Blue, and Grape) (Aunt Juli uses 6 flavors for the casserole dish)
3 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk (chilled)
Boiling/hot water
Ice cold water
Whipped Cream
Spray dish with pam
Dissolve 1 package of Jello with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add 3/4 cup cold water and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Let set for 1 hour or more.
Dissolve the other package of Jello with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add 3/4 cup cold evaporated milk and mix well.
Pour over first layer.
Let set for 1 1/2 hours.
Repeat layers 1 and 2, using the other flavors, making a total of 10 layers.
Whipped cream to top.

Notes for next time:
*Don't use pineapple flavor. It overpowers all the other flavors.
*If I let a layer sit in the fridge overnight, don't forget to cover! The top gets gross and dried out.
*Probably don't do 10 layers for a trifle dish. Do 8 or maybe 9. You want more room on top for whipped cream.
*Buy an extra container of whipped cream for when the top is gone. You can never have too much.
